Asthma Medical Awareness ID Card

Let first responders know that you have asthma and where they can find your blue inhaler with one of these Asthma Medical Awareness ID Cards.

All you need to do is let us know the name required for the front of the card and where first responders can find your blue inhaler.  We also need two contact names and numbers for the back of the card.

The cards measure 86mm by 54mm which is the same as a credit card (3.38 inches by 2.13 inches) so will fit easily into a purse or wallet, alternatively you can have them on display via a lanyard or card clip.  

We design all of the ID cards ourselves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue. You can either leave a note in the box when you purchase or alternatively, pop a message over via the contact tab and lets work out a new card together.  Our tag line is Every Card Imaginable for a reason!
