If you are a carer either to a loved one, close family member or friend then it's important that first responders know this if you were to suffer from some form of accident. Carrying one of our cards will give you peace of mind that they will be cared for whilst you can't be there for them.
Our Carer ID Cards are simply designed and give just the necessary information, your name and number and who to call if there is an emergency. There is a card for a Carer and also a card for a Young Carer. There is a choice of colour for each design so you are sure to find one to suit.
Our plastic cards are 86mm by 54mm which is the same as a credit card (3.38 inches by 2.13 inches) and are available with or without a card holder and lanyard.
