Do you have a condition that we don't already make a card for?  Or do you want to alter one of our existing cards to colours and/or wording that you think suits you better?  Then this is the card for you!   

All you need to do is let us know your medical condition, what you would like the card to say (front and back) and what colour/s banner you would like - the banners can be a block of one colour or a gradient of two)  You can tell us all of this by either leaving a note in the box when asked or alternatively pop us a message over via our contact form or email us at theteam@thecardproject.uk   It's really that simple!
