CRPS (Complex regional pain syndrome) Medical Awareness ID Cards

CRPS (Complex regional pain syndrome) is a rare neurological disorder.  It's a serious and debilitating condition that causes severe pain, usually to a limb.  This can feel like a burning sensation or stabbing or stinging.  There is no cure and there are limited treatments available.

If you have CRPS then this is something that first responders need to be aware of.  Carrying a CRPS Medical ID Card can help pass this information on if you are unable to.  They are credit card sized so can be carried in a purse or wallet or alternatively worn with a card holder and lanyard.

We design all of the ID cards ourselves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue.
