Why should you carry a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) Awareness Card?

Everyone has the right to request that they do not wish to be resuscitated if they were to go into cardiac arrest or stop breathing.  The side effects of CPR can be debilitating, it can lead to broken ribs, punctured lungs and other issues.  This decision should be talked about with your doctor and added to your medical records. 

The next step is informing friends and family and carrying a DNR Awareness Card.  These measures will help first responders know of your wishes.

They are credit card sized so will fit easily into a purse or wallet.  They are personalised with the holders name shown on the front and two emergency contacts on the back of the card.

We design all of the ID cards oursleves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue.
