Heart Awareness Cards

Who should carry a Heart Awareness Card?

If you suffer from a heart condition then first responders need to know this if you were to have an accident.  Carrying a medical awareness card with you is one way of being certain that doctors or paramedics will know you have an existing condition.  Heart attack, congenital heart condition, cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, angina, heart valve disease, arrhythmia, none of these things are visible on the outside but all are things that medics treating you need to be aware of.

They are credit card sized so will fit easily into a purse or wallet, alternatively you can have them on display via a lanyard or card clip.  They are personalised with the holders name shown on the front and two emergency contacts on the back of the card.  Some will also have photographs of the holder on.

We design all of the ID cards ourselves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue. You can either leave a note in the box when you purchase or alternatively, pop a message over via the contact tab and lets work out a new card together.  Our tag line is Every Card Imaginable for a reason!
