What is a PoTS Awareness Medical ID Alert Card?

PoTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is a condition that can seriously affect quality of life.  It affects blood flow and is usually triggered by standing up (and relieved by lying down)  It causes amongst other things palpitations, shaking, dizziness and "brain fog" which is essentially a slowing down of the brain's ability to think so thoughts become fuzzy.

Carrying a PoTS Medical ID Card is incredibly helpful for first responders.  It shows your identity and in case of problems, your two emergency contacts. They are credit card sized so will fit easily into a purse or wallet, alternatively you can have them on display via a lanyard or card clip.

We design all of the ID cards ourselves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue. You can either leave a note in the box when you purchase or alternatively, pop a message over via the contact tab and lets work out a new card together.  Our tag line is Every Card Imaginable for a reason!
