PoTS Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome Mono Medical Awareness ID Card

PoTS (or to give it it's full title, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) affects blood flow and is usually triggered by standing up (and relieved by lying down)  It causes amongst other things palpitations, shaking, dizziness and "brain fog" which is essentially a slowing down of the brain's ability to think so thoughts become fuzzy.

Carrying a Medical ID Card can help first responders.  These cards show your name on the front and have two emergency contacts on the back of the card.  The cards themselves measure 86mm by 54mm which is the same as a credit card (3.38 inches by 2.13 inches) so will fit easily into a purse or wallet, alternatively you can have them on display via a lanyard or card clip.  

We design all of the ID cards ourselves so if you want any of the wording changed then that's not an issue.
