Some days are trickier than others when your child has ADHD, and trying to explain it quickly to a new teacher, a friend’s parent, or someone at an after-school club can feel impossible. This little card does it for them. It’s small enough to pop in a pocket or bag, but it says the important stuff: their name and photo on the front, “I Have ADHD” and a gentle note about how their brain sometimes races ahead, plus emergency contacts and a short “About Me” on the back (space is tight, so just a couple of sentences work best). The design is bright and cheerful: a soft teal background with rockets zooming past planets, little stars and sparkles everywhere. Kids love it and don’t feel embarrassed to show it.

On the front there’s a clear photo of your child, their name in big friendly letters, and the fixed “I Have ADHD” heading with the infinity symbol. Underneath is a short, gentle message written from their point of view: how their brain can go really fast, why waiting or sitting still is sometimes hard, and that they’re trying their best. It’s kind without being babyish.

Turn the card over and you’ve got space for mum and dad’s names and numbers right at the top, then the “About Me” section where you can add whatever helps most in the moment. Lots of parents put something like “I like to play cars, ask me how to play and I’ll show you” or “A little patience helps me a lot”. There’s not loads of room, so it keeps it short and to the point.
