When your child has asthma, a flare-up can happen out of nowhere, and they might not be able to explain what they need in the moment – especially if they're coughing or finding it hard to talk. This card helps with that. It fits in a pocket or bag, shows their photo and name on the front with a short message about asthma symptoms and needing their inhaler quickly, and has emergency contacts plus a brief “About Me” section on the back (space is limited, so a line or two works best). You see it all on screen as you add the details, we print on biodegradable plastic and post the same or next working day.

The card has a light blue background with fluffy clouds, stars, a smiling sun and a little red inhaler character waving. On the front there’s their photo, their name in clear letters, and the fixed heading “I Have Asthma” with a red cross. Below is a message written as if from your child: it explains that breathing can get hard sometimes, with coughing or wheezy noises, and that they need their blue pump straight away if they look scared or can't speak well.

On the back there’s space for two emergency contacts at the top, then the “About Me” section. Parents often add a note like “if I'm having a difficult time breathing, please get me my blue inhaler” or something to calm them, such as “talk to me about space or seashells once I'm better”.
