If you run training courses – whether that’s project management, health and safety, first aid, forklift driving, or anything else – a proper ID card makes the qualification feel real for your students. This blue training card is one of our most popular layouts because it looks smart, modern, and professional without being tied to any single industry.

You just upload the student’s photo and name, then type in your training business name, the course title, ID number, expiry date, email address, and phone number. Everything updates live on screen as you go, so you see exactly what the finished card will look like before you order. The cards are printed on biodegradable PVC, standard credit-card size (85.6 × 54 mm) and 760 micron thick. We print single-sided; the back stays plain white. Most orders placed Monday–Friday go out the same or next working day.

The design uses shades of dark blue with lighter blue accents and clean white text. The photo sits on the left with all the details neatly arranged on the right – easy to read at a glance. There’s a small training icon in the top corner to show straight away that it’s a qualification card.
