Front layout

Your photo is on the right with your name, address, and contact number below. The background shows a night sky with stars, a crescent moon, and layered mountain shapes. “In Case of Emergency” and “ICE +” appear in large, bold text at the top.

Back layout

The same night sky continues faintly across the background. Space for two emergency contacts, each with name, relationship to you, and phone number. Text is high-contrast and easy to read.
