When your child has dyslexia, they’re often the brightest in the room but reading or spelling can turn a simple worksheet into a mountain. Teachers and helpers don’t always realise that straight away, and your child might not feel like explaining it every single time. This card does it gently for them. The card is a fresh minty green with rockets, planets, floating letters and little cogs – a space-and-learning theme that kids think is cool and much better than something "medical" On the front there’s their photo, their name in big friendly type, and the fixed heading “I Have Dyslexia” with the rainbow infinity symbol. Underneath is a short note written from their point of view: they’re a great thinker, but letters and numbers sometimes get jumbled, and a bit of patience or extra time really helps.

On the back you’ve got room for two emergency contacts at the top, then the “How To Help Me Out” box. Parents usually put something like “short clear instructions help me most” or “reading aloud or using pictures makes a big difference”. It stays short, practical and positive.
