Tired of explaining your assistance dog every single time you go shopping or eat out? Our wallet-sized ID card shows your dog’s photo and the Equality Act 2010 wording at a glance.

You personalise it yourself on screen – just upload your dog’s photo, add the dog’s name, breed, date of birth and your name as the owner. You’ll see exactly how the finished card looks before you order. It’s printed on biodegradable PVC, the same size and thickness as a bank card (85.6 × 54 mm, 760 micron). We normally print and dispatch within 24 hours Monday–Friday.

What’s on our Assistance Dog card?

The design has a clean blue header with a traditional crest, white background and clear text – it looks smart without being over the top. The back keeps the same blue theme, with the important wording and the bold red no-refusal symbol.
